 Cancellation Policy

Attention valued customer:

When reserving an appointment with a stylist, that time is reserved especially for you. We understand schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your convenience, we send a reminder to you through email or text 48 hours in advance for ample time to make any changes.

• Same-day cancelations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of service booked.

• 15 minutes or later to your appointment will be subject to cancellation fee.
